Veg Soya & Chana Dal Tikki

Ingredients:
- 1 cup soaked and drained chana dal
- 1 cup soaked and drained soyabean
- 1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage
- 1/2 cup finely chopped caret
- 2 table spoon low fat curd
- 1 table spoon chopped green chilly
- salt to taste
- 1 tea spoon garam masala( optional)
- 1/2 cup wheat floor or Rava (suji) for binding
- 2 table spoon oil for cooking
Method:
- combine chanadal, green chilly and 2 teaspoon of water in a mixer and blend to a coarse paste.
- chop soyabean in chilly chopper.
- Transfer both the paste in a bowl and mix all the remaining ingredients.
- Shape a portion of the mixture into a 21/2'' flat round tikki and immediately cook it on the tawa on a slow flame, using 1/4 tea spoon of oil, till it turns golden brown in colour from both the side.
- Serve immediately.
