Bajra & sprout pancake

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup bajra flour
  • 1 cup besan
  • 1 cup sprouted mung
  • 1 table spoon chopped chilly
  • 1 tea spoon chopped ginger
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion & garlic (optional)
  • 1/2 cup coriander
  • 1/2 tea spoon hing
  • salt to taste
  • oil to cook

Method:

  • Crush sprouted mung in chilly cutter.
  • Mix bajra flour and besan in a bowl .
  • Add water and make better of pancake consistency.
  • Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • Heat non stick griddle and grease it with smear of oil.
  • Take 1/4 cup of batter and spread it on the hot griddle, cook the pancakes until set and light brown on one side, flip with spatula and similarly cook all the pans.
  • Serve hot with green chutney.
