Bajra & sprout pancake
Ingredients:
- 1 cup bajra flour
- 1 cup besan
- 1 cup sprouted mung
- 1 table spoon chopped chilly
- 1 tea spoon chopped ginger
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion & garlic (optional)
- 1/2 cup coriander
- 1/2 tea spoon hing
- salt to taste
- oil to cook
Method:
- Crush sprouted mung in chilly cutter.
- Mix bajra flour and besan in a bowl .
- Add water and make better of pancake consistency.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Heat non stick griddle and grease it with smear of oil.
- Take 1/4 cup of batter and spread it on the hot griddle, cook the pancakes until set and light brown on one side, flip with spatula and similarly cook all the pans.
- Serve hot with green chutney.
